FAC-62985, FAC-63107, FAC-63434, FAC-63443
Enhance communication and efficiency with updates to the Create Request page and notification system.
Send Notifications to Lead Assignee checkbox
The Send Notifications option is now a checkbox instead of a dropdown and has been updated to Send Notifications to Lead Assignee.
-
For full users, the checkbox is selected by default.
-
Checked: Sends notifications to the lead assignee on the work order.
-
Unchecked: Doesn’t send notifications to the lead assignee.
-
-
For named and unnamed guests:
-
If the checkbox appears, it follows the same logic as for full users.
-
If the checkbox does not appear, notifications default to sending to the lead assignee.
-
Warning for potential data loss
A new pop-up warning appears if you make a change to the work order that causes a screen refresh and you have more than one assignee. Click Continue to apply the change or Cancel to discard the change.
